And having a little fun along the way is a must, because we’ve done the stuffy cubicles and high-stress environments devoid of human connection before and we know firsthand how ineffective that can be. CEO /Founder

Elijah Watson

Elijah started his career in the marketing industry, working as a web and graphic designer over ten years ago. He quickly climbed the latter in the industry and learned the business from the top down. That’s when he discovered his passion in business. Eli truly enjoys helping others structure their dreams into reality through business development. Eli has helped over twenty two businesses start from the ground up averaging over $2million annually per business. His specialities are business planning, analysis, development, finances, software implementation, and insurance.

When Eli isn’t guiding newcomers through the treacherous trail straight to the top of their dreams, he enjoys traveling the world, gardening and farming, playing slow pitch softball and working out, and spending time with his loved ones in the sweet South East!

Marketing Director

Ashley Walters

Ashley’s obsession with web design started over twenty years ago when she started creating websites in high school for fun. After studying Graphic Design and Computer Information Technology in college, she went on to work at several marketing companies, freelancing in between, with over seventeen years in the industry in total. Her specialties include web design, graphic design, project management, social media marketing, SEO, content writing, & blogging.

When she’s not helping people climb proverbial mountains with her marketing powers, she enjoys binging TV shows, writing, illustrating, and spending time with her husband and four kids in the Pacific Northwest.

Ashley has a love all things visual, especially graphic design. Her passion has served her well in pursing a career in web design and marketing, with over sixteen years in the industry. Her specialties include project management, social media marketing, SEO, content writing, & blogging. When she’s not working, she enjoys writing, illustrating, and spending time with her husband and four kids.
